PURCHASE AND CONTRACTING CONDITIONS
The following is the contractual document that will govern the purchase of products and services through the website www.baglinox.com, owned by BAGLINOX S.L. Acceptance of this document implies that the user:
1. I have read, understand, and comprehend the information presented herein.
2. I am legally competent to enter into this agreement.
3. I agree to all the obligations set forth herein.
These conditions will have an indefinite period of validity and will apply to all contracts made through the provider's website www.baglinox.com.
The provider reserves the right to unilaterally modify these Conditions, without this affecting goods or promotions that were acquired prior to the modification.
IDENTITY OF THE PARTIES
On the one hand, the provider of the goods or services contracted by the user is BAGLINOX SL, with registered office at Calle Polígono Comarca I, Calle L, No. 27, Tax Identification Number (CIF) B31475999 and customer service telephone number 948 290552, and on the other hand,
The user, registered on the website with a username and password, for which they are fully responsible for use and safekeeping, and is responsible for the accuracy of the personal data provided to the provider.
SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT
This contract governs the sales relationship between the provider and the user when the user completes the online purchase process.
This sales relationship involves the delivery of a specific product or service in exchange for a price that is determined and publicly displayed on the website.
PROCEDIMIENTO DE CONTRATACIÓN
The contracting procedure may only be carried out in Spanish. If it can be carried out in another language, this will be indicated before the contracting procedure begins.
To access the services offered by the provider, users must register through the website by creating a user account. To do so, users must freely and voluntarily provide the required personal data.
Users will select a username and password, agreeing to use them diligently and not to share them with third parties. They also agree to notify the provider immediately of any loss or theft of their username and password, or of any unauthorized access by a third party, so that the provider can proceed with immediate account blocking.
Users may not choose a username that is intended to mislead others into believing they are a member of the provider, nor may they use offensive, defamatory, or otherwise illegal language, or language that violates generally accepted standards of morality and decency.
Once your user account has been created, please note that, in accordance with Article 27 of Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce, the purchase procedure will follow these steps:

1. Once you have finished choosing the products, click confirm in the cart section
2. Access or create a user account
3. Check, add and/or confirm the shipping address
4. Select the type of shipping you want
5. Review and confirm the purchase details
6. Make payment using one of the available options
7. If you have chosen bank transfer, you will receive an email with the details of the transfer you must make.
In any case, the provider's contracting platform will inform the user, once the contracting procedure is completed, via email regarding all the characteristics, price, transport methods, contracting date and estimated delivery of the contracted product or service.
ORDER DELIVERY
Orders will be delivered to the address freely designated by the user. Therefore, the provider assumes no responsibility if the product or service cannot be delivered due to the user providing false, inaccurate, or incomplete information, or if delivery cannot be completed for reasons beyond the control of the assigned shipping company, such as the recipient's absence.
If any product arrives damaged upon receipt, the user must send the store, within 24 hours, via email, phone, or WhatsApp, the necessary images and details to substantiate the problem. The store will carry out the necessary checks and take appropriate action, issuing a voucher for the value of the product/animal or a refund if the damage is the responsibility of the store or the shipping company.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, the provider shall take the measures required of a diligent merchant to ensure that delivery can be made within the agreed time, and if that is not possible, as soon as possible, to the satisfaction of both the sender and the recipient, and therefore no liability may be imputed against the provider.
PRICE AND VALIDITY PERIOD OF THE OFFER
The prices shown for each product include Value Added Tax (VAT) and are always expressed in Euros (€). Unless expressly stated otherwise, these prices do not include shipping, handling, packaging, shipping insurance, or any other additional services related to the purchased product or service.
The prices applicable to each product will be those published on the website and automatically applied during the final stage of the checkout process. The customer acknowledges that the price of some products may change in real time. In any case, this will always be communicated to users beforehand.
All payments made to the provider will result in the issuance of an invoice in the name of the registered user. This invoice will be automatically sent to the email address provided by the user, as well as included with the purchased product.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The user has 14 business days from the date of receipt of the product to return it. Unless the return is due to a product defect, the user will be responsible for the shipping costs. In all cases, the product must be returned in its original packaging and in perfect condition.
APPLICABLE WARRANTIES
All products offered through this website are completely original, unless otherwise stated in their description.
All products come with a 2-year warranty, in accordance with the criteria and conditions described in Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws.
APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Spanish law in all matters not expressly provided for herein. The provider and the user agree to submit any dispute arising from the provision of the products or services covered by these Terms and Conditions to the courts of the user's domicile.
If the user is domiciled outside of Spain, the provider and the user expressly waive any other jurisdiction and submit to the courts of the city of Pamplona, Navarre (Spain).
